Just say no! Well that won't really work so here's some steps to follow:

In IE5
G o to Tools > Internet Options > Security.
The current setting should be Medium.
Press the Custom Level button.
Scroll down to cookies and disable stored cookies. Press OK.

In Netscape 4
Go to Edit > Preferences > Advanced
Select Disable Cookies and press OK
